The Importance of Life Experience: What Comes With It?

In this blog post, I want to talk about the importance of life experience and how, in my opinion, you can use it to your advantage.

One's experience is one of the most reliable possessions in the world.

Experience is unalienable from your personality and it is always available there for you.

  • You can use your experience for your own benefit,
  • You can share your experience with others,
  • And you can exchange your experience for the money.

Sometimes, it seems that a person has lost everything, but that's not true.

Such an individual still has something – a valuable life experience.

Today I want to talk about the reasons why you should love and enrich your experience, and how you can use it for your own benefit.

Choose It Consciously

Consciously choose what you fill your life with.

Remember that you always have a choice – to watch a TV or to read a book; to use an opportunity to meet an interesting person or pass by this opportunity using bad mood as an excuse, and so forth.

I could give you thousands of examples, but I am sure you get the point.

You, yourself, are the most precious asset, so carefully watch what enters your life, and therefore, what becomes your experience.

Don't Get Stuck

Sometimes it's useful to discard all the experience accumulated and to imagine yourself as a blank page.

Do not let your experience to be an inhibiting factor.

No matter how good you are at something, always aim to learn more.

Learn. Grow. Achieve.

Appreciate It

Your experience is unique.

Just like you won't find the two same fingerprints, you will not find two people with the exactly same experiences.

It is a set of your actions, circumstances, and decisions that make you a unique individual.

If the experiences were the same for all people, then we would have nothing to talk about.

Appreciate your life luggage – the good and the bad – as it makes you one of a kind.

Also, respect other people's experiences: anyone who has been in a situation differing from yours will have something to teach you.

Don't judge people at a first glance – give them a chance to surprise and inspire you.

Use It

1. Help others by sharing your experience.

Helping others gives you a lot of positive emotions – you get another reason to be proud of yourself.

Happiness breeds happiness.

The good things travel in circles, if you give, you will get twice as much.

It's the Golden Rule of Life.

Sharing your experience with the person who does not have it means accelerating his/her development.

Don't you want to participate in such good cause?

2. Don't be selective with your experiences, completely striking out all the failures and mistakes – it is short-handed.

If you analyze your experience, you will find a lot of points for growth.

You will acknowledge your weak spots and work on them so that the next time you are in a similar situation, you create a new positive precedent.

3. Use your experience as a resource to achieve your goals.

Right now take a few minutes to think about how much you know, in how many situations you used your creativity and flexibility, and how far you have gone compared to 5, 10, 15 years ago.

Use this time to be proud of yourself for at least 5 minutes. 🙂

Now think about the components of your experience that you don't use to achieve success in life.

  • Maybe you have enough experience in a certain field to write a book or start your own online training?
  • Maybe you ignore the opportunity to share knowledge by participating in conferences/seminars?
  • Are you missing just one step to move to the next level?

You know what this step is – so make this step now!

Do not wait – take ACTION!

Just one more thing to add.

Earlier I said,

Maybe you have enough experience in a certain field to write a book or start your own online training?

And at this point, I would like to share my personal experience with you.

A couple of years ago, I gained knowledge from one of the online seminars to improve my life for the better and to become more conscious.

That program involved 21 days of waking up early, doing specific morning and evening exercises, as well as perform powerful energy practices.

This was a life-changing experience for me and throughout the whole time, this knowledge was sitting in the back of my mind in hopes to be shared with the world one day.

I didn't know how I could do this.

But then, a good friend of mine sends me a link to a Self-Publishing School

I realized – THIS IS IT!

I knew that publishing a book is exactly the way I could share my valuable knowledge with the world.

And using specific strategies available through this SPS community, I had a hunch it will become a bestseller.

  • After all, I read the case studies of bestselling authors who made $1,287, $5,500, and even $12,424.03 (!) — with additional royalty checks coming in every month.

This means that in addition to positive emotional gain, I will also have a passive income monthly.

Anyway, what I am trying to say is that:

I used my experience and knowledge in a particular self-development topic and I made a decision to write a book.

I used the opportunity life was giving me through a friend who decided to send me a link.

If Chandler Bolt, a college dropout who HATED writing, became a 5-time bestselling author and 6-figure entrepreneur, then I know everyone else can do this too!

By the way, you have an opportunity to check out what Chandler has to say about being a self-publisher in this FREE video course. Chandler is very charismatic and you will definitely enjoy listening to him 🙂

So, this is is an example I wanted to give you in relation to having enough experience in a certain field and using your experience for your own benefit.

Personally, I highly value all the life experience I have and that's why I decided to create this blog post on the importance of an experience in life.

Use your experience to your own advantage!
